Eaves North Dallas
Top Plano Schools and a Park-Like Setting
Wimberly feels like a green, settled retreat in one of the Metroplex's most sought-after pockets. Mature trees and lush landscaping give the grounds a quiet, park-like calm, and residents consistently praise the prompt, professional on-site staff and maintenance team. The community spoils you with two swimming pools, a fitness center, a dog park with a wash station, plus basketball and volleyball courts. The real draw is the address: even though it is technically Dallas, the community sits within the highly rated Plano ISD, zoned for standouts like Brinker Elementary and Plano West Senior High, a major win for families. Tucked near the George Bush Turnpike and Dallas North Tollway, you have a roughly 25-minute run downtown and quick trips to Frisco, Legacy West, and The Shops at Legacy. For renters who want top schools, peaceful greenery, and effortless highway access, Wimberly is an easy yes.
