Quiet Village Pocket, Resort Amenities

The Village Green pairs a quieter, older-neighborhood feel with the full Village resort lifestyle - gated access, two neighborhood pools, tennis and volleyball courts, and a dog park, plus access to the broader Village hub with its 3,000-square-foot fitness center, miles of trails, and ponds. It's exceptionally central in the 75206 pocket, with quick US-75 access and walkable groceries, coffee, and dining, and it's famously easy to make friends here. For students, young professionals, and budget-minded renters who want resort amenities and an instant social scene at a friendlier price, the Village Green is a comfortable, lively home.
